Both Koester’s sales and service departments are fully backed by a team of internal support members, including NYS Certified Professional Engineers. Our team offers project concept and application support, ranging from project development, such as proposals, CAD drawings, and specification writing, to order fulfillment, including submittals, O&M preparation, and startup services, all managed by our internal project management professionals.

Technical training provides your plant personnel with the expertise and confidence to run equipment safely and effectively, reducing plant operating costs and downtime. Koester offers remote and onsite training and seminars designed to keep you and your staff informed and certified.
Koester’s corporate philosophy is that education is key, and we place tremendous commitment on ensuring our partners are engaged in defining the technology and processes that lead our industry. We are a statewide leader in presentations for all industry organizations, and we maintain a large catalog of presentations that have been approved through the Professional Institute of Technology (PIE). As such, we are able to offer PDH credits (Professional Development Hours) for engineers, and we are also able to offer presentations for water and wastewater operator credits as well.
